Brother Blood channels the emotions of his followers through Raven, as a jealous Mother Mayhem wants Brother Blood dead. Jason Todd is able to reunite Raven with her injured mother, Arella. After curing Arella, Raven begins to break Blood’s brainwashing. Meanwhile, Superman, Batman, Booster Gold, Dr. Midnight, Skyman, Green Lanterns John Stewart and Katma Tui try to contain Blood’s followers around the world as Frances Kane pleads with them to help the Titans at Blood’s castle. Frances is able to reunite with the Titans as they attack Blood. Brother Blood holds off the Titans and summons Raven to kill them once and for all.
