Members of Infinity Inc. visit Titans Tower as a spacecraft crashes in the East River. The spacecraft contains the villainous Ultra-Humanite, who had been propelled into deep space. The Ultra-Humanite begins to harness extraterrestrial energy clusters and threatens New York City. The Titans and Infinitors vow to stop him. Meanwhile, Raven finds herself attracted to Infinity, Inc. member Todd “Obsidian” Rice.
