Continued from Justice League Europe #7 Having isolated the village, both American and European branches of the League stand watch until the supposed vampire start to attack, urged on by Professor Teasdale and the Gray Man. As they watch the horde of vampires head off, the League are interrupted by the arrival of Simon Stagg who claims to know the horde is heading for his chemical plant where Teasdale was an employee. Teasdale, consumed by the need for vengeance against Stagg is destroying his work while the Gray Man uses Teasdale for his own purposes. The Spectre and Dr Fate argue with the Lords of Order, asking them to stop the Gray Man but they refuse. As the League arrive at Stagg's factory, the horde attack.
