Batman and the League confront Kid Amazo about his identity before he escapes and returns to Prof Ivo, demanding to know who his mother was; he's surprised to find that Sara, his girlfriend, is both his mother and Ivo's daughter.Confused and angry, the Kid takes his frustration out on the League before Batman gets him to compare his amalgamation of the Leaguer's personalities, forcing him to realise that, unlike the League, he can never reconcile his internal differences. This forces him into a meltdown and he explodes.
