Brother Blood’s resurrection is seen on live TV. His powers are elevated due to his new legions of followers. The Titans discover Arella is clinging to life, and Jason Todd volunteers to guard her, as the Titans attack Brother Blood. Brother Blood, his acolytes and a brainwashed Raven attack the Titans; Raven uses her new emotion powers to twist the Titans’ minds as Brother Blood destroys Robotman’s mechanical body. The Titans are defeated as a brainwashed Nightwing announces his devotion to Brother Blood to the world. Meanwhile, Frances Kane dons her costume and recruits several heroes – Batman, Booster Gold, Dr. Midnight, Skyman, Green Lanterns John Stewart and Katma Tui – to aid her in a rescue attempt.
