Description
The Mystery of the Mobile Museum!
Batman and Hawkman overlook the transport of ancient artifacts from a museum in Gotham to a museum in Midway City. Things go awry when the whole museum suddenly starts floating in the air. Batman and Hawkman find a way into the museum and they are confronted by several objects that are animated to fight them. Meanwhile, Shiera Hall is knocked unconscious and the same mysterious force that caused the museum to float, takes possession of her body and takes the ancient artifacts with her. Batman and Hawkman are distracted and they can't stop Shiera from jumping off a window, but much to their amazement, she is able to fly without the need of wings. Hawkman follows her wife, but Batman finds that the museum has returned to the ground and he deduces the truth. When the strange force frees Shiera, she and Hawkman descend and Batman explains to them that whatever the force is, it doesn't want to harm them, but instead, it only wants the ancient artifacts. At that moment, an advanced alien form speaks to them and tells them that Batman is right. The ancient artifacts were elements from their own planet that got lost in space and ended up on Earth and after centuries of search they have found them. Their main purpose is to retrieve them, but without a physical body, they can't. Batman and Hawkman volunteer for the challenge and they travel through time and space to return the artifacts to the aliens. After their mission is done, Batman and Hawkman return to Earth, still not convinced of what just happened.
