Following the killing of Green Arrow by Black Canary on their wedding night, Canary vents her anger on criminals, badly beating any she finds.Arrow's son, Connor Hawke, is concerned that she is not grieving and moving on due to her belief that the man she killed was not Oliver Queen. Green Lantern meets with her to try to convince her that the body of Queen needs to be buried; however, Batman believes her and arranges an autopsy, performed by himself and Dr Mid-Nite. The pair find a tiny number of cells in the body which, when activated, cause Queen's body to revert to its true state, that of Everyman, a shapeshifter from Lex Luthor's Infinity Inc.Questioned by Batman, Canary reveals that the only person during the month since Arrow's apparent death to offer her anything other than condolences was Athena and the Amazons.On Themyscira, Oliver Queen is seen bound and captured by the Amazons.
