New Avengers, Vol. 1 #17

The Avengers are called in to help face off against the new threat. Iron Man engages it first, and tries to talk to it. He gets as far as confirming its name is Michael when Ms. Marvel attacks it, causing it to retaliate with tremendous amounts of energy.
