Batman: Jekyll & Hyde TP #1 (2026)

One is a masked hero, the other a horribly scarred criminal. The war between these two men has left them bitter enemies. But for all their differences, there is one thing they share: Like Jekyll and Hyde, they both lead double lives. Harvey Dent has always lived with the truth that no one is ever wholly good or wholly evil—but his mind has taken that truth to its breaking point. In this haunting exploration of Two-Face’s psyche, the line between order and chaos dissolves, revealing a man locked in perpetual civil war with himself. As Batman pursues a case that forces him deep into Dent’s past and present, the story probes the cost of denial, the temptation of absolution, and the terrifying clarity that comes with embracing one’s darkest impulses. Two-Face is no longer just a criminal, but a living embodiment of moral contradiction. Written by Paul Jenkins and visually split between two defining artistic approaches, the story uses form to mirror theme. Jae Lee’s shadow-drenched imagery and Sean Phillips’s grounded noir realism together create a layered portrait of duality, making Batman: Jekyll & Hyde one of the most unsettling psychological examinations in the Dark Knight’s history.
